Understand the models of energetic anatomy that explain the human being—kośa and cakra—within the framework of Hatha Raja Yoga practice.

Study the theoretical and practical foundations of 14 principal prāṇāyāmas, their execution and benefits, as well as the most important bandhas and the mudras used within the lineage. Learn how to structure prāṇāyāma sessions.

Understand the purpose of posture practice in yoga. Develop clarity by studying the six mother postures, how to practise them at different stages of life and the benefits they offer. Study the sun salutation and its adaptations. Learn to link postures and build organic sequences.

Study the principal elements of physical anatomy to understand the deep connections that support a physical and energetic understanding of the practice.

Understand the role of vibration in yoga and free the voice. Learn the principal Vedic and lineage mantras.

Teaching team

At Yogaia, our team of professionals brings extensive experience in practising and teaching yoga, guiding the learning process with rigour, sensitivity and expertise.

Mariona Costa, Daya Ma Om

Mariona holds a degree in Philosophy and has taught Hatha Raja Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa and meditation since 2005.

A founding member of Yogaia, she has coordinated the school’s training programme since 2016, supporting hundreds of students in their growth process.

Her journey is deeply connected to the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om, who recognised her in 2014 by giving her the spiritual name Daya Ma Om.

Her teaching combines clarity, depth and a welcoming approach, focusing on direct experience and the inner development that practice can generate.

Roger escolà

A chemist by training with studies in Ayurveda, Roger has taught Hatha Raja Yoga since 2006 within the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om.

Together with Mariona, he coordinates Yogaia’s 200-hour and 300-hour training programmes and is part of the teaching team for both.

He brings a precise, structured perspective to the practice, helping students understand the subtler aspects of being and energetic anatomy from a clear, practical foundation.

Víctor Domènech

Trained in computer science, Víctor has worked as a photojournalist in more than 40 countries. He is a founding member of Yogaia and teaches Hatha Raja Yoga within the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om.

Throughout his career he has brought together diverse interests, including biology and cooking, which have led him to explore mindful eating (mitāhāra) as part of the practice.

In yoga he has found a path for life. His experience has been shaped by integrating a physical disability that has accompanied him since his youth and has brought a distinctive, profound perspective to his practice.

His teaching is direct and essential, inviting students to practise with what is present in each moment, with adaptability and attentive listening.

Carme Nalini

A mantra and kirtan singer, and a yoga teacher.

Her encounter with yoga opened up a new way of understanding music as a vehicle for expression and inner connection.

During the training, she guides participants in working with voice and mantra, helping them integrate this dimension into their practice in an accessible, experiential way.

Jordi Mosoll

Jordi Mosoll began working as a firefighter at a young age. The profession sparked his interest in the human body and led him to study Physiotherapy. After several years in clinical practice, he continued his training in Osteopathy for a further six years at Barcelona’s School of Osteopathic Concept.

Working with people of different ages and with athletes led him to realise that subtle aspects of the body were not sufficiently understood. He then began practising yoga and trained as a teacher in the Sivananda tradition in Rudraprayag. He has practised with a wide range of international teachers, studied meditation with Isidro Gordi and taken part in several vipassana retreats.

He has taught courses in different parts of the world, including Lebanon, Italy, Argentina, Spain, Australia and Taiwan.
