Teacher training inyoga at Yogaia
Annual yoga treacher training programmes
We support your journey
At Yogaia, we understand yoga training as a path of self-knowledge and a way of becoming deeply rooted in practice, laying the foundations for sharing it with others. Our programmes are structured progressively, with a solid grounding in Hatha Raja Yoga and an inclusive, accessible approach.
The Level I course is complete in itself: it establishes the foundations of both practice and teaching. It is a foundational course, but not a basic one; the content is explored in depth. Level II then revisits what has been learned, expands on it and opens up new areas of study, practice and understanding.
Use the More information button for each course to view the programme, dates and fees.

specialist training
Throughout the year, Yogaia offers specialist training focused on specific areas of yoga practice and study. These are short courses, usually held over a weekend, designed to deepen your understanding of disciplines such as Yoga Nidra, applied anatomy, philosophy, breathwork and āsana, among others.
We also organise retreats and an annual five-day immersion with our teacher, Sri Andrei Ram Om.
All of these experiences complement and enrich both personal practice and teaching.
