BEGIN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE AT YOGAIA
Where to begin
If you are new to yoga, or returning after some time away, at Yogaia you will find an accessible practice with clear guidance and variations of each posture, so you can adapt the practice to where you are and progress gradually, safely and with care.
You can begin with introductory sessions designed to help you become familiar with the practice, or explore full Hatha Raja Yoga and Vinyasa classes, where options and adaptations are always offered. You can also take a gentler approach through slower-paced practices such as Yin Yoga.
